Extra Work

-Max HSPU in 1 min, rest 1 min, repeat 3 times

-L-Holds on pull ups bar accumulate 1-2min

    Deadlift: 385 (PR)
    WOD: 247 reps. Counted two single unders for each “double under” Me gotta learn double unders! Went knees to chest on the rings instead of toes to bar–bad shoulder.
    Extra Work: 15/9/8 high inclined pushups on the handgrips, accumulated 1 minute of 90 degree high knee hold on the rings, and mobility work.
