Conditioning

“Hanging Grace”

For time:

30 reps of Hang clean and jerk 135/95

Extra Work

5×10 Pike Push ups

1 Strict Muscle up followed by 1 kipping muscle up x6

L-Sit on paralletes accumulate 2min
