Training, Week Of 8/19/2013

Please Note: from now on, everyone is following the programming AS WRITTEN, meaning training will take place Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday. A few of you will train on Thursday as well, and will have some individualized programming on Tuesday and Saturday.

Additionally, I will no longer be posting low back/ab work or conditioning. You can do the core work on your own, and if you feel you need some conditioning, come speak with me.
