-5 Muscle ups rest 1:min x3

-10min working on muscle up transition or dip strength

-Barbell Rollouts 3×10

    Push press: 215#. Not a pr but I think I was worn out from the benches yesterday and other valid excuses.

    8 200m runs on 2 min.

    Fastest was :36.
