8 rounds for max reps:
:20 Hang power clean (115)
:20 Push press (115)
Incline bench 4×10
3 Sets Max strict HSPU followed by max Kipping HSPU (set is complete after you come off of the wall).
5×5 Negative HSPU reduce usual negative height (if you have been following the extra)
