Labor Day Weekend Hours!

Saturday 8/31: All classes scheduled as normal

Sunday/Monday 9/1-2: CLOSED (Potential open gym hours will be posted on the Facebook Page)

Strength

Front Squat 5-5-5

Conditioning

8 rounds for max reps:
:20 Hang power clean (115)
Rest :10
:20 Push press (115)
Rest :10

Extra Work

Incline bench 4×10

3 Sets Max strict HSPU followed by max Kipping HSPU (set is complete after you come off of the wall).

5×5 Negative HSPU reduce usual negative height (if you have been following the extra)
