Bench 5-5-5 All good reps no misses

Conditioning

For time
5 DB thrusters (55#/30#)
10 Squat jumps
20 Weighted walking lunge steps (55#/30# DBs)
30 Mountain climbers
40 push-ups with feet on 16 inch box
50 Pull-ups
60 Sit-ups

Extra Work

-Every minute on the minute for 12:00 perform 1 muscle up and 10 hollow rocks

-Abmat sit ups 5 sets of 15
