Strength: Bench Press

3-3-3-3-3 add 5lbs

 

Conditioning:

1000′ Bear Crawl With load on back

every 50′ perform 5 burpees

 

Extra work:

weighted Pull ups 3-3-3

(strict) toe-to-rings 4×10
