3 Sets 3 Deadlifts @75% of 1RM immediately following each set, perform a max set of pull ups

Rest as needed

Conditioning

4x400m run

Rest 1:30 between efforts

Extra Work

Row 2k @85% pace of most recent 2k

GHD back extensions (weightless) 5×10
