Strength

Backsquat 5-5-5 add 5lbs

Conditioning

“D.T.”
5 rounds for time using dumbbells:
12 deadlifts
9 hang power cleans
6 push jerks

Extra Work

DB Pause curl 3×10 (pause at 90 degrees for 2 sec)

Perform 3-5 pull ups every min on the min for 8 min
