20 Russian Swings 2/1.5 pood

10 OH squats 95/65

Extra Work

Mobility WoD Back squat 5-5-5 empty bar-65-95-105 (those with the
mobility with a Straight foot focus on keeping shins as vertical as
possible and loading the torque n hips.

Strict Pull ups with 70%x2x5 of 1RM strict pull up

8 Repetitions: 30sec sprint 1min jog
