    Clean Complex – 123 lbs
    WOD – 30 lb DB PC, 118 lb squat cleans, HSPU with thin 10 lb plate & ab mat

    Cleans – 245#
    WOD – 225# cleans and full hspus scaled reps to 1-4 (assorted). Not a very pretty sight today.

    Cleans: 143#, 153# missed last clean.
    Wod: 133# for first 2 rounds. Then 123# .
    Started w 3 kip hspus and on round 4 went to pike box which still felt tough.
    All sorts of ugly here too lol
