2/10/2014

1) Snatch: 80%x2, 85%x1, 90%x1, 95%x1x1-2

2) Clean & Jerk: 80%x(1+2,) 85%x1, 90%x1, 95%x1x1-2

3) Push Press: 3 @ 9 (Load Drop) 4-6% Fatigue

4a) 3 sets of ring dips, stop 3-4 reps shy of failure, + 15 second ring support
4b) 3×25 V-Ups

2/11/2014

1) Snatch from Blocks: 70%x2, 75%x1x2, 80%x1x2, 85%x1x1-2

2) Clean from Blocks + Power Jerk: 70%x2, 75%x(1+2)x2, 80%x(1+2)x2, 85%x1x1-2

3) Back Squat: 4 @ 9 (Load Drop) 4-6% fatigue

4a) 3×5-10 pullups
4b) 3×10-15 back extensions

2/12/2014

1) Snatch: 80%x2, 85%x1x2, 90%x1x1-2

2) Clean & Jerk: 80%x(1+2), 85%x1x2, 90%x1

3) Clean: 90%x1x1-2

4) Press: 3 @ 9 (Load Drop) 4-6% Fatigue

2/15/2014

1) Snatch from Boards: 65%x2x2, 70%x2x2, 75%x2

2) Clean Deadlift: 2 @ 9 (Load Drop) 4-6% Fatigue

3) Snatch Grip Push Press: 3 @ 9 (Load Drop) 4-6% Fatigue

4a) 3×12 dumbbell row (each side)
4b) 3×10 weighted back extension
