The taper is written for the lifters competing on Sunday. IF YOU COMPETE ON SATURDAY, YOU ARE PERFORMING THIS WEEK’S TRAINING  MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

1) Snatch: 80%x2, 85%x1, 90%x1, 95%x1

2) Snatch Pull 100%x2x2

3) Clean & Jerk: 80%x(1+2), 85%x1, 90%x1, 95%x1

3/4/2014

1) Snatch from Blocks: 70%x2, 75%x1, 80%x1, 85%x1

2) Clean & Jerk from Blocks: 70%x(1+2), 75%x(1+2), 80%x(1+2), 85%x1

3) Front Squat 1 @ 9

4) Push Press 1 @ 9

3/5/2014

1) Snatch: 80%x2, 85%x1, 90%x1

2) Snatch Pull 90%x2x2

3) Clean & Jerk: 80%x(1+2,) 85%x1, 90%x2

3/7/2014

1) Snatch: 65%x2x2, 75%x1x2

2) Clean & Jerk: 65%x1x2, 75%x1x2

3) Front Squat: 1 @ C&J Opener

Notes: If you compete Saturday, perform this workout on Thursday, not Friday!
