Strength:

Push Press 6 @ 6, 6 @ 7, 6 @ 8, plus 2 down sets (repeat)

Conditioning:

2 rounds for time:
Deadlifts @ body weight – 9 reps
Sprint 200m
Deadlifts @ body weight – 6 reps
Sprint 200m
Deadlifts @ body weight – 3 reps
Sprint 200m
*rest 3 minutes between rounds
Time Cap: 15:00
