Choose one:
A) EMOTM 1 Strict + 3 Kipping Muscle up x 10 Rounds
B) EMOTM 2 Muscle Ups x 11 Rounds
C) Strength- Weighted Ring Dip 4@7 4@8 4@9 2 repeat sets
*If selecting the strength, make sure to work on muscle-up transitions as well
