Snatch 1RM

Conditioning:

14.1
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
15 power snatches (75/55)

Extra Credit:

Row 500m x3; rest 1:00 between efforts
3×10 GHD limited ROM if first time
