Conditioning:

Wall Ball

Repeat for a total of 2 rounds, resting 60 seconds between efforts

Fitness –
21-15-9 for time:
Sumo Deadlift High Pull,
Wall Ball

Repeat for a total of 2 rounds, resting 60 seconds between efforts
