2:00 Volume Accumulation 3 sec Negative HSPU
Accumulate 90sec in Hollow Hold

Conditioning:

Performance –
EMOM 16, alternating:
a) 8-10 Touch-and-Go Deadlifts, 60%
b) 30 double unders

Fitness –
EMOM 16, alternating:
a) 8-10 Touch-and-Go Deadlifts
b) :30 Jump Rope
