Weightlifting:

Performance –

Power Clean 50%x5, 55%x4, 60%x3, 65%x3, 70%x2, 75%x2x4

Fitness –

Power Clean
*15 mins to build to a heavy Triple. Add weight at coaches’ discretion

Conditioning:

Performance and Fitness –

3 Sets:
5 Turkish Getups Right
5 Turkish Getups Left
5 Pistols Right
5 Pistols Left
20 Russian KB Swings (As heavy as possible)
*Not for time
**Build up in weight over the 4 sets
