Back Squat 4 @ 7, 4 @ 8, plus 4 REPEAT sets

Conditioning:

Performance –

AMRAP 15:
10 Push Press 105#/65#
20 burpees
30 double unders

Fitness –

3 rounds for time:
20 kettlebell swings
10 pullups
10 Dumbbell Squat Cleans

Time Cap: 15 minutes
