a) Neutral Grip Dumbbell Bench Press
8 @ 7, 8 @ 8, plus 3 REPEAT sets

b) Standing Overhead Dumbbell Extensions
12 @ 7, 12 @ 8, plus 3 REPEAT Sets

Perform these exercises as a superset.

Conditioning:

Performance –

21-15-9 for time:
Dynamic Pushups
Strict Pullup

Time Cap: 10 minutes

Fitness –

AMRAP 10:
10 Dumbbell Push Press
15 Burpees
60 Single Unders
