Two Count Pause Squat 5 @ 8, 5 @ 9, plus one down set (5% load drop)

Conditioning:

Performance –

3 rounds for time:
Run 800m
15 Handstand Pushups
Dumbbell or Kettlebell Farmers Carry 150′, 70#/45#

Time Cap: 20 minutes

Fitness –

3 Rounds for time:
Run 600m
10 Pike Pushups
150′ Dumbbell or Kettlebell Farmers Carry

Time Cap: 20 minutes
