Weightlifting:

Performance –

Touch-and-Go Clean 50%x6x6 on 90 seconds

Fitness –

Jerk 5 x 3

Conditioning:

3 Sets:
5 Turkish Get-Ups, left arm
5 Turkish Get-Ups, right arm
10 Strict Pullups

If the full get-up is unstable, perform a half get-up, stopping at the lunge position
