Fitness –

Muscle Snatch from below knee + Power Snatch from below knee + Snatch from below knee, 5 sets

Conditioning:

Run 400m
12 DB Snatches, left arm, 70/55
12 DB Snatches, right arm, 70/55
Time Cap 12 Mins

Fitness –

Run 400m
12 DB Snatches, left arm,
12 DB Snatches, right arm,
Time Cap 12 Mins
