This class is great for anyone who is new to CrossFit or exercise in general. Fitcamp utilizes mostly body weight exercises and will also feature light kettlebell, sandbag, and dumbbell. There is no barbell work in Fitcamp. Current CFM Members who want to do more body weight/longer time domain workout are welcome to attend as well.
