This class is designed to improve one of the most difficult aspects of CrossFit: Olympic style weightlifting. The snatch and clean & jerk are about more than just strength. Speed, position, rhythm, and timing are all crucial to these lifts, and as such, weightlifting can help make you not only stronger, but faster, more agile, and more athletic.
Weightlifting Classes are currently offered on Tuesday and Thursdays at 10 AM and 5:30 PM. This class is excellent for beginners who are interested in learning more about the lifts and for more advanced athletes looking to hone their technique.
