Snatch – 113 lbs
WOD – 8:11 (HSPu with ab mat and skinny 10lb plate)

Snatch: 170# but it was like mucho ugly muscle snatch press out. Crossfit!
Wod: 8:14 not Rx. Only 5 hspu per round.
