I didn’t want to DL again, so I spent quite a bit of time working on my snatch…got up to 78# which was my previous PR then jumped back down to work on no hands/no feet to improve my form…for those, got to 73#
Thanks to Ryan for keeping an eye on my snatch all afternoon!
Also did some negative HSPU (I guess that’s what they’re called)…trying to work up to full range of motion HSPU

did a variant of the competition wod — my hand still can’t grip for cleans/toes 2 bar. the hoffinator came up with
20 min amrap:
5 push press 145# (instead of power clean 145#).
10 ghd situps (instead of toes to bar)
15 wall balls
