Elliot smoking his 2nd attempt squat of 192.5kg/424lbs this past Saturday at the USA Powerlifting California State Championships in Valencia. Elliot competed in the STACKED 181lb junior raw division, and had the best lifts in both the squat and the bench press (135kg/297lbs for a 2lb lifetime PR and BLOWING the competition out of the water,) and ended up placing third overall after the deadlift (210kg/462lbs.) Fantastic work Elliot!

Felt awesome. Rest 5 min then Hoffner set (800m run, 20 thrusters 75#; 500m row, 20 75# power cleans) No idea what the time was, collapsed and concentrated on breathing.
