C&J was hard for me after the snatch 1rm. Way below my PR.
Just the mention of the word “test” in this wod had me all nervous.

First Crossfit workout since 12.4
Europe for a week. Sick for a week. Managed 3 4-6 mile jogs and that’s about all.
Did the workout from last week in the hotel gym.
5 rounds for time:
400m run
7 thrusters (used 45# dumbells, which add up to about 1/4 body weight these days)
12 pullups (awesome that the hotel has a pullup bar)
21 situps
1:00 rest
23:38. I felt done after 2 rounds.

I can say that the snatch is starting to feel a lot more natural C&J is still meh.
